Reservation Policies

  • Warranty Policy:
    A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    Cancel up to 24 hours before the arrival date to avoid charges.
  • No-show Policy:
    In case of No-show, one night’s stay will be charged.
  • Extra person Policy:
    Extra person charge applies in the room. Check rate at time of availability.
  • Children Policy:
    Children up to 12 years old are considered. Children from 13 years old will be charged as adults.
  • Pets Policy:
    Sorry, no pets allowed.
  • Overbooking Policy:
  • In the event that our Hotel cannot provide the contracted lodging service, we will find appropriate alternatives to replace the service, which are at least equal to or better than the originally contracted benefits.
    • The Hotel will pay for one night including taxes in a similar Hotel.
    • The guest will be offered free transportation to the new Hotel.
    • The guest will be granted at least one call to their home or office.
